Effective September 23, 2009 American Stock Transfer & Trust Company handles all duties as our transfer agent, registrar and dividend paying agent. Shareholder services are available via the following methods for change of address, lost certificates or dividend checks, or change in registered ownership: Two Rivers Financial Group Common Shareholders Online Account Access Two Rivers registered shareholders can now view their own account information, perform certain transactions and request forms on line through AST's website, www.amstock.com, by clicking on Shareholder Account Access. The following functions are available at www.amstock.com:
Accessing the Site: To access account information, go to www.amstock.com, click on Shareholder Account Access and create your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Once your PIN is received, log into the system to access your account information. Online Assistance: If you need assistance, click the Contact Us link and a live customer service representative can be reached via the Live Help button. Representatives can also be reached by Phone toll-free at 1-800-937-5449 or by Email at info@amstock.com. Whether making telephone inquiries or accessing AST’s website, your account number is required to access information.
